PPA will custom-build and manage the team, and develop the organization to add value to each client’s unique situation. Whether it is a repositioning, new acquisition, disposition, or a workout, we will create the plan to solve the problem and organize and manage the expertise required until the problem is solved.
PPA will add value to the clients assets by helping to meet business objectives, improving balance sheets, increasing operating results, and improving profitability. Even where the client can do the repositioning work themselves, it may be more cost effective to have PPA undertake that function as an outsourced temporary addition to staff, thus avoiding the ongoing overhead and the administrative challenges of hiring, managing, and firing permanent personnel.
PPA can identify, acquire, manage, and sell investment real estate on behalf of its clients. The Firm brings this expertise to investors as a principal, and advisor, not as a broker. As appropriate, PPA and their affiliates may invest its capital or the capital of its principals alongside the capital of its clients. PPA and its principals have substantial expertise in office, industrial, apartment, and retail investments as well as in undeveloped land.
